Shamocka Green-Smith

Chef, Owner
Shamocka has 25 plus years‘ experience in the restaurant business and cooking, her love for cooking came from her Mom Peggy Lee Green.Who taught her the values of flavouring and seasoning of the foods that you cook, with that Shamocks took off running and never looked back her hard work and determination paid off with her Graduating from Culinary of arts from Kilgore College Culinary of arts program. Before going to school Shamocka gained her experience from some top named restaurants: Copeland’s of New Orleans, Posadoes Mexican Cantina, Wendy’s and Jack in the Box just to name a few. From all of this, she came to understand the restaurant business in the back of the house. Her skill set blossomed from there.

Derrick Smith

Manager, Owner
Derrick Has 29 plus years in management to bring to Lee lee’s Catering Cooking With Love. With the skills that Derrick has learned from various top brand companies: Pilgrim’s Pride, United Steel, & Benteler Steel Tube Division, he has learned a diverse style of management giving him an edge over the competition. As a Manager you learn to restore the foundation from the ground up, you train and retrain your employees. You empower them to be able to take charge of the responsibilities of their job. Derrick’s experience will show off a great impact for Lee Lee’s Catering Cooking With Love’s future. One of his greatest quotes is, „Leaders Eat Last.“ Giving back to your employees by rewarding them with great return makes a company grow beyond any depth in today’s world.

Jessie Green

Marketing Manager
Jessie has a Bachlor‘s degree in business Management from Stephenville University where he played College Football there. He also went on to play semi- pro in the Canadian league. He tried out for the NFL, coached college level football with Cisco Junior college, and he knows about marketing and bringing in clients. He will is a huge asset to Lee Lee’s Catering Cooking With Love’s team. With his skill set he can help market in the bigger city’s to bring in new clients new investments and more revenue for the company. With Jessie, Lee Lee’s can grow by desire and in numbers of clientele.
